At ITIC MEA, our focus is on the dynamic Middle East and African marketplace, and this year we are seeking cases unique to the regions which have been handled in the last 12 months. Has your company conducted an interesting case which tested your team’s capabilities? Your case could help the industry learn from your team’s experiences and showcase your organisation’s expertise.
With specific religious gatherings and sporting events increasingly prompting sudden spikes in travel around the world, we are particularly looking to share lessons learned in providing assistance relating to large-scale events and the importance of a strong regional network to support operations.

SUBMISSION GUIDANCE
Please email Team ITIC a short overview of the case study you would like to submit for consideration. All submissions will be reviewed by the ITIC Advisory Committee and successful submissions will be notified by email. Case studies will be presented during ITIC MEA 2023 in Abu Dhabi, and each will be 15 minutes in length.
