How to make your appointments

Contact the key people you need to see, introduce yourself and set up meetings before the conference.

Step 1
Open the ITIC app on your mobile device or web version.
Step 2
Click on the list of attendees to find the person with whom you’d like to schedule an appointment.
Step 3
Once you’ve identified the attendee you’d like to schedule an appointment with, click on their profile and select ‘schedule appointment’ (the calendar icon) to create and send an appointment request.
Step 4
You will be able to view appointment invites in the mobile app and web version by selecting ‘My Schedule’. On the mobile version, you will also have an envelope icon on the top right-hand side of your screen on the ‘schedule page’.

Please note that you will not receive a notification from the app when getting a new invite/ message, so please ensure to check the app regularly

How to make your profile stand out

When you log on to the app you will be able to edit your profile. Make sure that you have an appropriate profile picture to make it easier for other attendees to find you during the conference. You will also have the opportunity to provide some information about yourself in the ‘About Me‘ section.

Why not add a brief introduction about yourself, what you are up to, and what you hope to gain from the conference? You can also include your social media links such as LinkedIn, as well as your email address.
