Cristina is a seasoned healthcare executive, originally from Madrid, Spain, with extensive international experience in the global health sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for Health at AXA Partners US, she brings over a decade of proven leadership in advancing healthcare solutions on a global scale.
Throughout her career, Cristina has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to transforming international healthcare delivery. She previously spearheaded the International Program for one of the ten largest hospital systems in the US, where she was instrumental in orchestrating the seamless delivery of world-class medical care to patients from diverse countries. Her leadership has fostered strategic collaborations with leading global insurers, assistance companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in travel and health insurance, driving innovations that enhance health outcomes and improve patient experiences worldwide.
Cristina’s expertise lies in developing comprehensive cost containment strategies that effectively balance healthcare affordability with high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences across borders. Marc Banting

Marc Banting
Marc’s career started with the company as far back as 1995, on the repat travel desk for Voyageur 24, before ultimately becoming Director of Travel. He is now Chief Operating Officer for the Voyageur Group. From his first ITIC in Global as a delegate in Nassau, Bahamas, and missing just two ITIC Global events since, he joined the moderating team in Athens 2023 and brings a new energy and style to moderating, and isn’t afraid to ask difficult questions, provoke debate, or laugh at himself.

Ian Cameron is the Founder of the Voyageur Group of which he is the CEO, and which also comprises ITIC, and he is Editor in Chief of ITIJ. He has been involved in events for over 30 years, and as Chairman of the Executive Committee, Ian has been instrumental in developing the ITIC community, bringing industry professionals together to network, share ideas and insights and build their businesses.

Mandy Langfield is Director of Publishing for Voyageur Group. In this capacity, she guides the editorial policy of the company, and ensures the content of the magazines (ITIJ and AirMed&Rescue) is relevant, insightful and valuable to their readers. Furthermore, she is a member of all the ITIC executive committees, consulting with other industry professionals on agenda topics and speaker briefs.

David Ewing

David Ewing
David joined Jackson Health System, a world class academic medical center in 2021 as the International Program Marketing Manager. His responsibilities include growing the international market in Canada, Europe, Middle East and Asia. In addition, working with the domestic market to increase awareness of medical center service lines and increase referrals for specialty services.
David brings over 33 years of experience in the air ambulance/travel health insurance marketplace to the team, over 26 of those were spent with a large Canadian air ambulance operator, where his role was the development and growth of the international market and the development of innovative and collaborative products for their clients.
Currently, David is the Annual Conference Co-Chairman for the Travel Health Insurance Association of Canada (THIA). Alongside his fellow co-chairman and committee, source, produce and present an international conference well attended by members and guests on a yearly basis. Most recently producing virtual events for their members in response to the global pandemic.

Dr Belilty is the Founder and CEO of LOGIMEDEX, a leading Mexican medical assistance company recognised for its nationwide 24/7 response network and innovative model for pre-, intra-, and post-hospital care. Under his leadership, LOGIMEDEX has become a benchmark in Mexico and is expanding across LATAM, delivering efficient, reliable, and patient-centered solutions for international insurers and corporations.
A graduate in medicine from Universidad Xochicalco (2011), Dr Belilty began his career as an emergency physician in Mexico City. He earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Management of Health Organizations in 2014 and later served as Medical Director of Hospital Medical Center in La Paz, Baja California Sur (2015–2020).
His global perspective, expertise in risk management, and commitment to operational excellence have positioned him as a thought leader in medical logistics and healthcare strategy, trusted by partners across diverse markets.

Edmund Santiago

Edmund Santiago
Edmund Santiago was born 1 October, 1960 in New York City, NY.
He got a bachelor and master degree in Actuarial Science at the University of Iowa, in Iowa City, Iowa.
In 1985 Edmund joined American Life Insurance Company as a Senior Life Actuarial Analyst, then worked in the International Division of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in New York as an Associate Actuary, and years later was appointed Chief Actuary in the International Division of the highly recognised insurance company John Alden.
In 1995 he was appointed President and CEO of International Reinsurance Managers (IRM) in Miami, Florida, where he was able to identify and develop new clients and create business opportunities.
Edmund later became President and CEO of Redbridge Holding, LLC, where he is a major shareholder and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of all Redbridge affiliated companies. He is responsible for creating a unique portfolio of products and services, known as the most diverse in the insurance market, offering profitability to clients as well as to investors.
Additionally, Edmund has been a member of the YMCA since 1968, and actively participates as vice-president of the Puerto Rico Overseas Foundation (Proof), and Chairman of the Emilio “Millo” Romero Cuevas Foundation, in San Juan, PR, both institutions dedicated to sponsoring academic studies to young students.
